"Decent overall, but the random hiccups are annoying"
For the most part, payments went through and checkout was fine. We did have a couple of awkward moments though where it lagged right when things were getting busy, and one customer’s card got declined for no obvious reason. At first I was like, okay, not a big deal, it happens.
But then when you’re standing there with a line forming, yeah, suddenly it feels way less okay. Support did get back to us, just not exactly quickly. I’d still say it’s usable, and I don’t hate it, but I’m not fully confident in it yet. Hopefully it gets more stable on busy nights.

"Super easy ticket checkout"
Getting my tickets was way easier than I expected. Checkout was quick, everything went through without any weird issues, and I had my tickets fast. For once, I don't have to blame whoever runs this for making things complicated.

"I’ve used HauntPay a few times now..."
I’ve used HauntPay a few times now, the payouts have been shockingly quick. The last one hit my account way sooner than I expected, which felt like a tiny financial plot twist in the best way. No chasing, no mysterious delays, no sitting there wondering where my money vanished to. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty easy to use, I think"
Overall, it’s not too hard to use, at least from what I’ve tried. I did get confused a few times, though, so maybe I just missed something, but it feels like it could still use a bit of work.

hauntpay has been fine for checking the basic reports and seeing our sales numbers, but the analytics feel a little limited to me. I can usually find what I need, it just takes more clicking around then I’d like. Exporting the data is definitely helpful, but I wish the charts were clearer and easier to read at a glance. Overall it’s not bad, just average for keeping track of stuff.

"First impression was a bit frustrating, but it got sorted"
At first, I was a little worried because the refund process didn’t feel very clear. The refund did go through eventually, but the replies about the chargeback were slower than I expected and kind of confusing at times. It worked out in the end, but my first impression was that the process could’ve been smoother.

I tried using HauntPay on my phone and it was smooth. The pages loaded fast, the buttons were easy to figure out, and I didn’t have to pinch and zoom all over the place. I’d be curious if other people had the same experience, but for me it was nice and simple.

I got everything set up way faster than I expected, and the onboarding was really easy to follow. I had one quick question along the way, but support got back to me fast and sorted it out right away. it’s been smooth sailing so far!

I’ll give them credit, support got back to me fast, which is apparently not something you can always expect these days. They answered my questions and helped me out without dragging it into a whole ordeal, so that was a nice surprise.

We run a few different haunt nights with different ticket options, and I’m really grateful HauntPay made it easy to adjust things as needed. It was flexible enough for our setup without turning every change into a headache.
